Steps
  1. Take the meat and fats preferably in a casserole dish and start sautéing.
  2. Add carrots, onions, and garlic when the meat loses its water, sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add red pepper, tomato paste, and paprika. Sauté for another 3 minutes. Add enough hot water to cover it, leave it to cook for about 2 hours, checking the water and salt.
