Steps
  1. Put the onion and olive oil in a pot and sauté until soft.
  2. Add the corn kernels, stir. Adjust the salt, sprinkle with black pepper, allspice, add ¾ cup of hot water and cook over high heat until the water evaporates. Stir and let cool on the side.
