Steps
  1. Put onion, garlic, mushrooms, green pepper, and oils in a pot and start sautéing.
  2. Add tomato paste when mushrooms absorb the water.
  3. When the smell of tomato paste comes out, add the remaining ingredients except cream. Let it cook with enough water to cover.
  4. Knead the ingredients for csipetke (dough dumplings) separately. It should be a firm dough.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm. Sprinkle plenty of flour on a tray and tear off small pieces of dough and roll them in the flour on the tray to prevent sticking.

  6. Boil enough water in a separate place. Strain the dough pieces coated with flour through a sieve to remove excess flour. Add the dough pieces to the boiling water.
  7. Sprinkle salt and stir. Cook the dough until they rise to the surface and become firm.
  8. Add cream to the cooked and drained chicken dish and stir.
  9. Take the chicken dish onto a serving plate, share the cooked csipetke on the side. Drizzle extra cream over the chicken and sprinkle parsley.
