Steps
  1. Chop the carrots, zucchinis, celery stalks, and garlic cloves coarsely and sauté. Add mushrooms and a little salt and continue sautéing. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to an oven dish, add fresh herbs and butter, bake in a 200-degree oven for 15 minutes.
